Increase Ability to Adapt
CP Anil Changaroth (with fellow peace experts) and RI officer Vanthana Champi explores how Rotary’s Action Plan of Increasing the Ability to Adapt can in the face of a changing global climate, be driven by innovative tech practices (including online tools), towards better managing our clubs (while being guided by our core pillars of innovation, continuity, and partnership), in ultimately promoting Peace Building (including fostering sustained leadership, and collaborating with external organisations to amplify our impact).
Increasing Our Impact (Grants Management Seminar)

Curated by PP Ng Yaw Hua and PP James Lee, this session equips PEs and their club TRF committee members with the knowledge to meet mandatory funding requirements for impactful projects. These projects can uplift the club’s image both within the community and among its members. Featuring notable speakers such as DRFC PDG Kazuo Arai, and DG Demura Chikako, we will explore fresh approaches to project funding, emphasize sustained leadership, and highlight the power of partnerships to amplify our impact.
