What is the Graduate Program?

After completing the three Parts basic program, “graduates” are eligible to attend in-depth
seminars in conjunction with regular courses or as a stand-alone course. Only Rotarians who
have completed RLI Parts I, II and III are eligible to register for the Graduate course. The
Faculty Orientation course is open to those who have completed the whole RLI courses including
Graduate course and are interested to be a Faculty speaker.
The Graduate course allows more in-depth exploration of topics of interest to the candidates and

Our district D3310 has been running the RLI training program since 2006. Due to the vast
geographical areas of our district which consists of 3 countries; Singapore, Brunei, Southern
Malaysia and East Malaysia, we have made the whole RLI training program including Graduate
and Faculty Orientation courses more compact to two full days instead of five full days as
recommended by RLI. This helps to save time and cost for Rotarians and encourages attendance.
