Dear Rotarians,
From the updates and on-site feedback, the latest disaster in the Philippines
is really very bad, and there is an urgent appeal for aids and especially for cash
to help the devastated victims who are still suffering badly.
DG Lee Kong Hwee wants to do another fund-raising exercise to help humanity.
He appeals to clubs and individuals to donate generously if they can.
