Rotary’s Vision Statement & Action Plan: How did we get here?

An evening of conversation with PDG Natalia, who was the 2020-21 Chairman of RI Strategic Planning Committee, to understand the thought processes in coming up with the RI Vision Statement and the Rotary’s Action Plan.

Prior to 2020, she had been a member of the same committee for 4 years.

So she is one of the persons who had been involved from the inception upto the the end of the 2nd year of implementation of the Rotary’s Action Plan.

How did the committee come up with such vision statement? Why the 4 strategic priorities was born?

The 4 strategic priorities (or known as Rotary’s Action Plan) is the foundation of every action undertaken by Rotarians, Clubs, District, Zones and RI Head Office.
