“Physiotherapy Management for Neck and Back Pain”
This pandemic has, amongst other things, brought about an increase in the number of incidences of back and neck pains (amongst other body pains) both from activity and lack of it. Neither the more sedentary lifestyle resulting from work-from-home requirements nor the vigour of a new found love (without the necessary right technique or regime) for exercises have been kind to our body.
Aloysius will share his knowledge and experience as to how we can treat our body right and how do we manage these aches and pains!
