Overview:
On 21/8/2017 DG Datuk Lee Chuen Wan with DFL Datuk Naomi accompanied by AG Rick Jason were brought to Labi, the interior part of Belait District by PP Helen to visit our blind man, Ah Siew at his wooden house where RC Belait had installed a stand alone solar panel for him which provided him with electricity and frequent visits to check his condition & solar system since 2013 and Being the First DG ever to visit this project
