Dear PP/Dr. Ho,
Greetings from Ormoc! Attached you will find our Final Report on the 10 THOUSAND USD your district have generously donated to RC Ormoc for the repairs of Can-adieng Elementary School. I have attached the before and after rehabilitation photos as well. We are very fortunate to work with you on this area of focus considering the big damages the public schools in Ormoc sustained during super typhoon Haiyan.
We finally turned over the school to the Department of Education officials last March 14 wherein the faculty and staff prepared a very short program for the Rotarians in attendance. It was a fulfilling moment as a Rotarian. I only wish you were here to witness their smiles of gratitude for our efforts in rebuilding their school. I am proud to inform you that all students are now back in their classrooms and are indeed protected from the heat and rain.
Since there was extra cash, we bought some chairs and tables for the preschool students. Pictures will follow.
