Dear Rotarians and friends,
Well, I have received news that RC Garden City, Singapore is donating S$1670. Monash University, Clinical School Johor Bahru has collected RM2048 from staff and students and the fund will go to the soup kitchen project in Ormoc. Both contributions will give a new tally of about RM 486,000; impressive and well done to all.
The ten water filtration units flown from Singapore have arrived in Cebu and are awaiting clearance from the airport (hopefully by Thursday.)
The Rotary Club of Ormoc has confirmed receiving our donated fund of USD10,000.

People will be celebrating Christmas in the Philippines and relief operations will take a break of at least 2 days. I will stay in the Philippines till 30th December and may go back to Ormoc/Tacloban one more time.
