I am posting this update early — busy tomorrow morning.
Wow! we hit RM322,000 – another great milestone.
Well, we are all so blessed to be able to do so much in a short time so effectively. You will be happy to know DG Ghim Bok has given instruction to the district treasurer to remit the money which are already in to the Philippines, and the amount is easily over RM150,000 (equivalent 2 million peso). Will report when it is done.
I must also report that RC Changi has decided to donate USD10,000 to ShelterBox that could provide ten tents for 10 families. This is another approach to help out.
