Re : Proposed Resolutions by Clubs
Please submit for the consideration of the District Conference which will be held from 13th to 15th November 2009 at Pulai Spring Golf Resort, Johor Bahru, your proposed resolutions (if any) deemed to be for the good of the District.
The proposed resolutions should be duly adopted at a club meeting, certified by the President and Secretary and should be submitted to me Six (6) weeks before the 1st day of the Conference. Therefore TAKE NOTE IT SHOULD REACH ME ON OR BEFORE 2nd October 2009, so that I could circulate your said proposed resolution to all the clubs one month before the conference.
