Walk To End Polio, Kuala Lumpur to Singapore, 20-30 December 2010
20 Rotarians and (our junior counterparts) Rotaractors will walk the entire route from KL to Singapore over 11 days. Many other Rotarians and friends will walk shorter distances. Our purpose is to promote polio eradication awareness and move and inspire others to donate to Rotary’s US$200 Million Challenge.

If you are in or around Johor Bahru, you can join us for a morning walk from Good Hope Hotel in Scudai to Tune Hotel in Johor Bahru, a distance of 11.0km, starting at 7.00am on Wednesday 29th December. Or if you are in Singapore, you can join us anywhere along the route on Thursday, 30th December.

Anyone can donate. Donations can be:
- Any amount in Ringgit; or
- In multiples of US$1,000.00. Every US$1,000.00 qualifies for one PHF recognition; or
- A combination of 1 and 2 above.

Donations in Ringgit should be made by cheque to “Rotary Club of ___________ “. Your cheque can be banked into our (Bank and bank account number). Receipts will be issued for Ringgit donations.
For PHF recognitions, please arrange for US$1,000.00 bank drafts in favour of “The Rotary Foundation” and hand over to me.
